Always an excellent service friendly staff and very caring and look after my bubba really well

I rung in the evening and explained situation and issues my cat suffers and receptionist told me that i need to ring in the morning as this is emergency line and she can not help me now as other is waiting for the line. so I was not probably important enough then others waiting in the line..unfortunatly

My dog was under there care and when they took the dog out for a walk they lost my dog we had to find the dog on own dog was missing for over 15 hours and all they could say was sorry absolute disgusting
