Worst Vet! Only care about money, not animals! We have two dogs registered with this vet and have had many bad experiences. They care more about making money than helping the animals. Very professional and have been very helpful with our nervous dog, as well as making him as calm as they can for his treatment. Our cats actually enjoy going there as they are made a huge fuss of.

We only stayed with them because we already bought their “vaccines for life” plan. First, they gave us the wrong test result for one of our dogs and told us it could be cancer. They then referred us to an animal hospital in Cambridgeshire. The hospital tested again and confirmed it was not cancer. The whole process cost us nearly £4000. Second, they suggested a dental clean for our dog. I waited all day for an update but no one called. When I went to pick him up, they had removed most of his teeth without telling me or asking for my agreement. I should have been given the chance for a second opinion, especially for removing so many teeth. Third, one of our dogs died within a week after getting a vaccine. When they check him, they said he was old but fine, and later denied that it had anything to do with the vaccine. It was heartbreaking. Fourth, when I decided not to vaccinate my other senior dog and only wanted the yearly check included in the plan, they told me I had to pay for it separately. Just because I did not want to risk his health, I had to pay extra for something that should already be covered. This vet clinic has shown no honesty or care for the animals they treat. I regret ever trusting them with my dogs. Please think carefully before you take your pets here.
