Very disappointed by The Peking Palace. I love chinese food and I know how great it is! We walked in today and we asked for 2 plates of shredded beef with egg fried rice. The take away was delivered earlier than expected which was a plus but the problem is we only checked the food at home. This shop are so good, never had any problems with the quality of food, I would recommend them above any other takeaway.

I had the salt & pepper wings once a few weeks ago and I loved them because they were dry, crispy and you could really taste the salt. I’ve ordered twice from you since that first time and both times the same wings are soggy, wet and without salt & pepper taste. It feels like they’re just not making an effort and I was looking forward to them making the wings like the my first experience. Disappointing. Water in the wings container!

We went back to request for our right order only to be arrogantly told it is how shredded beef is made in China. We insisted we did not ask for anything Crispy but were not even listened to. Shame on you Peking Place! Such an embarrasment to the great Chinese food out there. Be warned of these scammers parading themselves as a Chinese restaurant. You wasted our time and my £28! Response to your Reply: Different world ?! Are you sick! I have been to soooo many chinese restaurants! And your restaurant is the problem! Shredded beef is not that sorry excuse of CRISPY burnt watery sweet and sour stuff. That is why I left it at your counter top. It was horrible to say the least! You are an embarrasment to the chinese restaurants around the world! Do you even read the reviews on your page? Do you see all the poor reviews on your page?! You should review your service before making such stupid responses to your customers!
