Shocking customer service, every time I have been in. Do not send your packages here for collection, they withhold them. Not only that they have really bad attitudes.

Rude staff. I dropped off a parcel, using yodel, was barley grunted at by the member of staff who took my phone off me to behind the counter without explaining what he was doing, chucked the label at me, then expected me to know as if my magic that I needed to put the parcel in the bag around the corner. Just plain rude and completely unecessary behaviour.
