I’ve had a storage unit at Flexible Storage Grays for over a year and it’s by far the best option around. The units are clean, secure, and easily accessible, and the team — especially Rachel and Daniel — couldn’t be more helpful. Daniel even gave me a hand getting my sofa out, and they recommended Yasser from Reliant Moves to help move it back to W10. He was excellent too. I’ve had my furniture stored here for several years while living abroad and the staff here have always been super helpful, accommodating, and friendly to deal with; can’t fault them! The container looked in good condition and clean and my items have been kept safe. Their pricing is also very competitive. Thank you David and team!
