THEFT OF MERC COMPONENT Had my car’s rear brake pads and discs replaced in July, cost me £430. Had to return to the garage after vibration on foot pedal after the rear brake disc/pads replacement. Told it would be the pads/disc settling causing the vibration This is the only place I’ve left my car for or service and I only noticed cargo storage compartment/tray missing in Sept. Brand new item, something I knew was there and never used it. Technician had the nerve to ask how long I had owned the car for? When I returned to the garage after emailing my discontent regarding the missing item. The Manager was adamant the workshop team couldn’t have removed the £800 worth item. Sadly, I couldn’t mask my disappointment with the loss of such a valuable item. Apparently CCTV exists in the workshop, but only stores up to 28days coverage.

Absolutely amazing service, even when my car was just dead weight waiting to be scrapped, they were nothing but accommodating and helped me out every step of the way, will definitely bring any Mercedes I have to them. P.s. They charge less for tracking than some "professionals" I've been to before. All the best guys.
