Avoid. Rude staff , everything is overpriced, chicken and meat more secured than lady’s purse, and staff ignores you.

AVOID AVOID. Don’t give money to this company! Appalling!!! Every day someone comes in stealing, witnessed many accounts. Security guards follow elderly people around, whilst letting youth steal. They’re too scared to stop actual thieves!! I personally witnessed security mistakenly search a 78 year old disabled pensioner bag who then became extremely distressed bless her heart. The post Office staff are the rudest people you’ll ever meet & the queues are always very long. A lot of elderly people in the area rely on this store & to see them exploited by the coop is shocking!! AVOID this company PLEASE

Selling out of date food over 4 months old. Was also at full asking price as well, cant trust no one these days. Reported to trading standards and to head office.

Just went there and the lady on the till wasn't paying any attention to the customer (me) .No greeting. I asked for a bag 3 times and she never replied to me . I had to ask again after I paid my groceries. She didn't even said Thank you and "run" away from ther till. No receipt, and I had to shout for her to give me the receipt. I think she forgets that customers pay her salary. (I just went to the till because I had to buy vapes.) Not the first time she acts like this. Next time will get her name for a formal complaint.

I’ve seen some negative comments about this place, but honestly, I have nothing bad to say about it. In fact, I’ve found the staff to be genuinely friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Considering some of the challenges they might face in the area, they do a great job keeping things running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment. It’s clear they care about their work and their customers, and that effort doesn’t go unnoticed. I’ve always had a positive experience here!
