Food unbelievable I love their spicy wings chips fresh what do you want for a chip crunchy needed salt salad good and I ordered a dr pepper with my chicken wings

Been a regular customer for years, and very disappointed to be writing this, however after 3 attempts of contacting by email with photos I feel I’m left with no option but to post here. Had a takeaway about 3 weeks ago, nearly choked on a piece of plastic that was broken in my chicken shish & doner meat combo. I have 3 young kids and it could have been any of them, thankfully it was me! This is what I sent them with no reply. I’m a regular customer and I’ve never had any issues with food quality before. I have nearly just choked on a plastic shard that was in my doner kebab. I can’t make out what the shard is but I’ve attached some images. The edges are like points and incredibly sharp. We have had throw away both meals with doner meat. We have got young kids eating and did not want to risk them having a very sharp choke hazard in their food. Regards I’ve sent 2 emails since chasing them but no reply or decency to respond! Been using them 10 years, now need to find somewhere new!
