Over all the job was done which is great. However my vehicle returned unclean and late. Didn’t even wipe down the area after completing the job, dirty marks everywhere. In addition to this both sides of my car and wheels were dirty/splattered in mud where it had clearly been driven through some mud, quite careless of a customers vehicle. Communication was poor, on the day of collection my slot was 8am-10am - just before 10am I phoned for an update and they said they have to get someone else out, was over half hour late after the time slot finished. Upon completion, again, said it would be dropped back the next day by 2pm, arrived back at 4:30pm. Car also returned with one headlight not working, which is fine it can happen at any time, not their fault but failed to mention this when driving my car back.

Good reception and communication about issues of the car and proposed solutions and alternatives to fix the car. Prices are good as well, keep it up
