Lovely food + Lovely staff

Food was good but meal spoilt at the end by another couple who came in and started watching videos loudly on their phone! The staff were aware but seemingly didn't think it was rude or unusual and made no effort to ask them to switch it off. Unfortunately that really spoilt it for me and I still can't get my head around why people would think its acceptable to do that in a restaurant. I dont know if they were regulars or the staff just couldn't be bothered but it said a lot about the restaurant management.
