Five Guys Burgers and Fries Bluewater

Amazing milkshake and massive portion of chips, the burgers are so tasty here, I love it for an occasional treat 😋

Horrible service one star is too much to even give them honestly, they took 45min to make a milkshake...

Staff very rude and not welcoming especially at the front counter, the burger was bland. I asked for hot water to feed my hungry son and I was denied. I got a rude reply that they don’t provide a hot water service.

After clearly ordering and more importantly being charged for a milkshake. I go to the counter to collect it, only to be told it doesn't exist on the system. I then get told that I can purchase another one like its my fault and then get told I should be refunded in a FEW days!! This is absolutely disgustingly poor customer service, just make the milkshake it isn't going to a multi million dollar company's bottom line. I won't be back in a hurry if you can't make a simple milkshake that I've already paid for
