By far this is the best pub in Dartford! The staff are consistently friendly, kind and fun people with good senses of humour. Every time I’ve eaten here the meals have been lovely! Reasonably priced, generous portions and delicious! The atmosphere is very cozy! In the winter, there is a log fire that is so nice to sit next to and it is beautifully decorated for Christmas! Plus there is often events going on like pub quizzes, comedy nights, and live music! But areas on you can sit in for a quieter evening if that’s what you’re after! The best of both! In the summer, the outdoor terrace is lovely and an absolute sun trap! It’s so nice! But for those avoiding the sun it’s perfectly equipped with some spaces to get out of the sun too! Nothing to not love about this pub!

Hadnt been to this pub for maybe 15 years. Had some Old Speckled Hen. Its a historic building that could do with a coat of paint.

We have lived in Dartford for 30 years. Often driven past but never realised they do Sunday Lunch. Absolutely delicious ! We will definitely be returning - thank you
