A gentleman showed up at my Parents place in Kent yesterday after they paid the callout fee to check heating problem. He then demanded an unquoted diagnosis fee same day on arrival and had a card machine with him. This was intimidating behaviour and they felt they had to pay. They should provide an invoice formally. And make people aware of unknown fees. We will be filing a complaint. This is intimidating older people & not ok. He then quoted something high to fix and said he could do it himself cheaper if not via the company. Avoid these scammers. Wont be using you again. He did not provide his name.

Hristiyan did a wonderful job on my plumbing leak. He also installed a new hot water heater. He came right on schedule and was very professional and did an amazing job. It turned our even better than promised. I will only call Swift Plumber for my future plumbing needs! Thanks, Hristiyan!

My bathroom was backed up causing all 3 bathrooms to back up sewage water into the shower. At 9:30pm I google plumbing and Swift Plumber was the first Swift Plumber I seen i called they found a tech by 11:40 pm both Jordan and Aziz came out took care of the problem clean the sewage pipe with the snake. It was a big fur ball that clogged our pipe. Both Jordan & Aziz were very efficient & quick explained the problem told me what kind of pipe I have and why that happened. I never knew what pipe I had so that was good to know. I would definitely recommend this company. You also have 6months warranty. Thank you guys for coming out so late!!

Shamak was very quick, responsive and easily diagnosed and fixed the problem.
