We had an issue with our flush valve resulting in our water bill increasing! I contacted Georgie having found a reputable plumber on Google, and Georgie responded pretty much straight away. He knew straight away what the issue was, quoted a good price and attended within an hour. He also looked at a couple of odd leaks in the kitchen and bathroom. Quality service, reliable and friendly. Will definitely use again

I highly recommend Provide Plumbing and Heating. Georgie is an excellent plumber who puts the interests of his customers first. He came promptly to review the problem and came up with an innovative, low cost solution that saved us a lot of time and money. He is polite, thorough, honest and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again the next time we have a plumbing or heating issue.

Absolutely first class job from start to finish, 3 replacement radiators, old ones were not fit for purpose for size of rooms and a broken stopcock replaced, fast and efficient service would definitely use Provide Plumbing & Heating again and highly recommend.

If I could give a zillion stars on here I would. Georgie responded to my plea on check a trade which I had probably worded badly to help with a leak at my mum's property. I was starting to panic after trying to contact numerous firms and hitting brick walls. Georgie called me quickly, understood the assignment quickly, gave me a candid and transparent expectation of price and came to the rescue the next day!!!! He traced a leak on the internal supply pipe which was under concrete in a kitchen and replaced the pipe running through the kitchen. We had previously had a repair of this nature before and in comparison georgie's price was lower and he completed the work quicker!!!! I had fears that the work could escalate as trace and access can get complicated but i was pleasently surprised. Clearly very experienced and knowledgable. My partner works in a trade too and he has stated that Georgie has been the best tradesman he has ever dealt with. Regular updates through the process, amazing communication from beginning to end. I don't think anyone wanted to take on this job as it's a small kitchen and not the most ideal conditions, and just a pain in the backside getting through concrete. Trying to find reliable, trustworthy tradesmen is so difficult. I was on the verge of taking a sledge hammer and a drill there myself but I was rescued!!!! I 100% recommend provide plumbing and heating. Will be recommending to friends and family and anyone I can and will definitely be using in the future if I need work done. Thankyou once again. This is a long review but I really want to give credit where credit is due. If anything it's saved my sanity and I actually feel relief that I've discovered an honest, reliable plumber that if I find myself in trouble again I have a good contact. Woooo hoooooo
