I'm a bit disappointed. I went there to pick up my prescription from a private doctor and, as they didn't have one of the items in stock, they ordered it. They told me the price and I was due to collect the next day. As I went there, the price went up by approx 40%. I asked why, First, the person told me that the prices change on a daily basis, (by 40%??!) Then someone else told me that this brand is expensive – I said yes, but it doesn't explain the sudden price rise by almost £20 after the product was ordered. Then he said that the original price didn't include dispensing fee. Not happy about the lack of transparency from the start and the hidden costs, I won't use them again.
