Laser surgery and staff were good but the clinic is awful. It’s 99% NHS patients having cataract surgery. Nowhere to sit, coffee machine was broken and waiting times were horrendous. If you’re paying for private surgery,, I’d choose a different provider. Paying £4000 for a really bad NHS style experience is unacceptable

I cannot complain about the staff but will complain how unhappy I am following lens replacement surgery and the issues I’ve had since it was done. Initially I was like yep I can read better but my distance seems off. My multifocal lenses meant shop lighting and halos are an issue but sort of expected that, then the shadows hit one eye, sent up London to have them seen at my own cost! To be told I have a lot of floaters in my eyes as by this time both eyes had shadows. Really hard to ignore. M...

I underwent Lasik Eye surgery over a month ago now, having been a glasses and contact lenses wearer for around 12 years. Why did I wait this long? The treatment is a total life changer. The staff - all very pleasant. The surgery - fast, painless and in a strange kind of way quite satisfying. Should I have done this sooner? Absolutely. Would I recommend? Without a doubt. Thank you Optical Express for changing my life for the better.

I was very well cared for by all the staff and clinicians I came into contact with and delighted with the results. Should have had it done years ago!
