my mother was visiting from Manchester and her hearing aid battery died, and we were truly stuck (Boots where my mothers aids are from couldn’t/wouldn't help), and we felt lost. On our way back to the car, we walked through M&S and i heard a tannoy announcement i could believe my luck, I was greeted by two lovely ladies, who greeted us with real warmth and took special care of my mother, even arranging for the hearing doctor to help immediately.
