I went to pick up my new glasses today. When I tried them on I found that they weren't quite right. Sarah really helped me with all the questions that I had and explained everything perfectly. She was patient and understanding and gave me so much of her time. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I travelled more than an hour to visit this store as it has a fantastic selection of designer frames. We were very impressed with the process of our eye tests, and the care and attention of the optometrist. That high level of service was continued when we selected our frames, with friendly and helpful staff. We were delighted with our new glasses, and received the same excellent service on collection. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at John Lewis Opticians. Leah was friendly, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. Everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed. In addition I was given valuable suggestions to choose what was best for me. All credit to Leah for making the whole experience such a positive one!
