Such a bad experience. i broke my glasses and went here (where i got them ) for some help . i walked in and went to the main desk where a young lady who did not get up waved me over .i showed my glasses and said i had broken them and asked if they can be fix where she said "no" i said its the arm that is broken do you have replacements "no" and that was it not "do we have your prescription " or can i show you others" just "no". Really friendly and helpful staff. Have been going to Specsavers for years but after recent experiences with them and limited choice of children's frames - especially for small faces - ASDA Opticians has been the perfect alternative.
