Called London & Kent Locksmith this morning with a troubling front door lock. Neil said he’d be able to come over at about 3pm and true to his word he arrived and took a look at the door and fixed the problem there and then. He explained the workings of the lock and what was causing the issue. Really reassuring to know that we now have a contact for a locksmith that we can absolutely trust and rely on. Great service, great job and greatly relieved. Thank you Neil.

Fast, efficient, polite and professional. Resolved the issue with our front door lock quickly- couldn’t have asked for more.

We called at 7.50pm yesterday evening after finding we were locked in and our handle broken and spinning. They came and had the problem solved and fixed before half past 8. I was very impressed. They were so kind and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it very well. Highly recommended Thanks so much!

Never had to call a locksmith before, so when the key wouldn't go in the cylinder with no other means of entry, I was in a bit of a pickle. Thankfully turned up in 10 minutes of calling and resolved the issue. Exceptional service, on a Sunday no less. Very happy. Hopefully won't have to call again(!), but I know who to call now if i do.
