I asked Fair Trade to help with a problem my parents (in Gravesend) had with their back door. Chris was sensitive to the needs of my elderly parents and promptly sent a colleague to fix the door. The price charged was as quoted over the phone, with no extras added, and the result was exactly what we needed. A quick, efficient and cost effective solution provided by Chris and Martin - two very nice guys. I thoroughly recommend Fair Trade Locks & Security and will definitely be passing on the recommendation to friends and other family.
