First time I've been to this salon. Except I never actually got there because they rang and cancelled my appointments (for me and my stepdaughter) while I was on my way there. Apparently they had no hot water. Fair enough, these things happen. Unfortunately they first of all lied to me and told me there were no other appointments in the area. (Utterly untrue and thank you to the lovely staff at Lakeside who saved the day). And to add insult to injury they waited until 6pm to charge my card ...

Great style by Calum as ever.

First time I've been to this salon. Except I never actually got there because they rang and cancelled my appointments (for me and my stepdaughter) while I was on my way there. Apparently they had no hot water. Fair enough, these things happen. Unfortunately they first of all lied to me and told me there were no other appointments in the area. (Utterly untrue and thank you to the lovely staff at Lakeside who saved the day). And to add insult to injury they waited until 6pm to charge my card £60, presumably a cancellation fee. I assume they waited until then because it was closing time so now I can't get hold of anyone as they've all gone home for the weekend. Really, really unimpressed.

10/10 Callum is always Excellent! He always applies his techniques masterfully and is professional to the hilt. It was the first time I have met Matilda. Apparently she has only been there for two months or so, but her professionalism is excellent and her head massage is brilliant too. She has lovely conversation and was a pleasure to meet. As usual a superb experience at Toni and Guy Bluewater
