Have been client at Salon 167 for almost 5 years now after I was recommended by a friend and would never go anywhere else for my hair. All staff are very friendly, welcoming and always go above and beyond to be accommodating. I’m always so pleased with my hair after leaving an appointment with Katy and she always understands exactly what I’m after, even when I want a change. Amazing salon and always a great experience which is why I’ve also recommended to friends who are now regulars as well.

I recently visited Salon 167 in Dartford and as always I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere made me feel at ease. The salon is modern, clean, and exudes a relaxing vibe that instantly puts you at ease. I have both regular hair and beauty treatments at Salon 167, and the results are always amazing. The staff are always professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to detail. Their passion for their work is evident in the quality of their work and the way they treat their clients. I left Salon 167 feeling totally refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Having been to the Salon over a period of approx two years ( Dartford) and tried different members of the team over this time. As You can probably imagine things sometimes did not go plan with my colour. One time my colour did not even take at all anywhere even though had been in the chair for ages other times my blonde was too dull or yellow or the tint did not cover and saw grey at the basin. However normally after a pleasant a discussion things were then sorted and tweaked until I was happy even if i had to revisit however on my last visit in June I was given highlights and not babylights as discussed and requested to have ending up with a wide and striped look. When I told hairdresser what I thought about this and how it looked when the hairdresser come over to check and ask how i liked it I was told that it would be ok in a couple of weeks I said I wanted to feel great now not in a couple of weeks They denied it was stripey . I then called In from home to express I was not happy and was told someone would get back To me. I then received an email from The manager after approx 48 hours stating basically that I was not welcome in the salon anymore and to go elsewhere and was refunded my colour money as “nobody could Please me” and “our relationship must come to an end “ making me feel like I was the problem as I had complained in the past when of course you would complain if you hair was not right and grey was still There who wouldnt ! And your paying a lot of money for it to look nice. What a way to handle a complaint wow ! Just get rid of you Why not acknowledge and resolve ? I then after a couple of months sent a polite email asking if i could still use the waxing services as had no problem with them before and it was my local Salon so convenient for me and I was going away and I then got completely ignored no decency to even reply to me yes or no. How can they treat people like this if its not right then just fix it you are paying for a service Which you expect to be great and to walk out feeling a million dollars. I Thought long and hard about posting this review but have been so upset by the unfairness of it all And the way I was treated.
