Pretty Locs London

I called yesterday at this salon number provided to enquire about the hairstyling and haircut .The lady who picked the phone was literally shouting and saying "who are you ? Why you called ?" I replied asking about the hair services and she disconnected the phone . Seriously ! Have some manners and and upscale your communication skills when talking to customers.Thankyou My review is a clear reflection of my experience with your services as i called the number advertised .This did happened !,again improve your tone and customer communication and consequently your reviews and small buisness will improve and i accept your apology. At the beginning of the year I moved temporarily to England and needed to find somewhere to re-tie my microlocs. Am IG search led me to Pretty Locs London and I decided to try her out. It was a very pleasant experience. She did my hair so nicely and important for me speedily. I am used to having a sore scalp for the first couple of days after a re-tie but Teekay was so gentle I was not sore at all!!! She was professional and kept to time and I found out she trained in California at the Sistalocs institute. I have since been back several times since and she has kept my hair looking beautiful. With her move to her lovely new hair studio my experience has only gotten better. I am looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks.

I really enjoyed my experience at Pretty Locs London. I came here for a retie for the first time and Teekay did an amazing job! Usually my head feels really sensitive after a retie, but not on this occasion. I also liked the good music in the background, the conversation, which all contributes to the overall experience. I will definitely be back 💃🏾

Very professional and lovely. Has a website where I can book my appointment according to my schedule which makes things a lot easier. I left my other Loctician because Teekay is so quick and she's very skilled, would definitely recommend her!
