I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked my appointment specifically for a time when my husband would be home to look after our baby. On the day of the appointment, I received a call asking me to change my time because they had double-booked. I explained that I couldn’t switch to another time today or tomorrow, as the original booking was made around childcare. I was then offered the option to bring my 10-month-old with me, which simply isn’t realistic for a 30-minute appointment...

The most lovely staff and perfect haircuts. My hair is flawless and I’ve never felt so much like myself since having a baby. Can’t recommend enough, thank you!

In the end, I was left with no reasonable solution and felt forced to cancel—something I really didn’t want to do. This was supposed to be a treat for myself, especially after a great first visit, but instead I was left feeling stressed and disappointed. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning.
