The Complex Gym

Fantastic Gym, always a friendly welcome with lovely staff. Great look and vibe to workout in especially with a live dj on a Friday, machines and loose weights for everything you could want to work out. Loving the new sauna’s 👍 it’s just gets better and better… well done the complex

There is a good range of equipment for training most body parts. Don't see it on every visit but the filming/tripod usage is annoying, especially during peak times. Never understood this. Could do with somewhere to put personal belongings. Doesn't seem to be anywhere to refill water bottles Parking can be a bit tight when busy as the parking area isn't surfaced & marked. Would be better if wipes were available throughout the ground floor instead of just around the entrance area.

Top class training facilities. Loads of everything you could possibly use. Loads of parking. I’m there two months now but I haven’t been approached by any staff offering guidance yet. I still can’t fault the place though.

Absolutely love this place. Since joining it’s gave me the comfort I needed to get my arse in the gym. Very welcoming and a great bunch of people in there 🙏🏻

Been going for a short amount of time so far, It suits my needs just fine and is clean and well maintained, review will go to 5 stars once a drinking water fountain/tap is installed as currently you need to go to the front desk to ask them to refill your water bottle
