Just recently started back in the gym after a while. This is just what you need. No noncens, noone filming themselves, just machines and weights. People just come there to work out and nothing else. Exactly what a gym should be like.

Great gym. Ample free parking. All drinks available- pre, intra and post. They sell hoodies, wrist supports etc. Lockers available. There's generally a lot of room in the gym and the equipment is well laid out. Can get cold in the winter and warm(ish) in the summer months although this is generally what is expected in a warehouse type gym...very good selection of strength machines, heavy duty squat racks, a strength and conditioning area; the upper floor has all the leg equipment from hack squats, leg presses etc etc. the dumbbells are cast iron and so are the plates so no rubber weights in this place!! You will find this place one of the only gyms around where people are respectable in that the dumbbells/plates are put back where they belong and not laying around on the floor; the large dumbbell rack is more often than not tidy with weights on the racks and there's no time wasted looking for the dumbbell pair either.The price is very reasonable compared to other local gyms. Open weekdays from 6am and weekends from 9am. Good quality gym.
