My boiler had a slight leak which was also fixed at the time of my yearly service. Staff very helpful on the phone booking me in and it is good when you get to see the work being done and also chatting the chap as he did the work. Showed me what the leak fault was and the fix. Text to say what time there would be here .

Very good service. Email reminder about boiler service… quick and easy to book visit, which took place early. Engineer was charming, efficient and really helpful.
