Amazing Flowers, even better customer service

Paid £50.00 for Birthday gift flowers. Arrived without box. I called and asked “why no box?” requesting box to be delivered and offered to pay extra for box and delivery again. I was then told “Now listen, it’s not worth our effort, time and fuel!” and would not deliver. Delivery address is 5 minutes from the shop! Non-existent care and customer services. Rude, surly and belittling. Paid extra for additional blooms, which did not equate to the value paid. Would not recommend-awful experience. Birthday gift ruined!

The most spectacular plant arrangement you can imagine - words can't describe how beautiful this was! Delivered on time and for the best price, I really can't recommend this business highly enough.
