2025 Update: I recently returned to the store because they genuinely provide excellent service. After speaking with the team and hearing their perspective, I realised that my previous review may have come across as unfair and overly harsh. I’ve since apologised and felt it was important to update my review rather than delete it. There may have been a misunderstanding, or perhaps just differing perspectives. Either way, I still remember how I felt that day, but I also recognise the value in understanding both sides of a situation. Original Review: I’ve regularly visited this shop to purchase flowers for my partner and have generally had great experiences. However, during my most recent visit—just before Valentine's Day—I was left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I had asked the staff for help improving a bouquet I had purchased elsewhere, as I wasn’t happy with how it looked. I understand it wasn’t their product and not a service they typically offer, but I was hoping for a bit of support or understanding. Given how busy that time of year is, I respect how demanding it must have been for them. Still, the way the interaction unfolded made me feel dismissed—as though my loyalty as a regular customer didn’t matter. What surprised me most was being told it would be fine if I didn’t return. That felt abrupt and confusing, as I hadn’t suggested I wasn’t coming back. I don’t usually write reviews, but since I didn’t want to appear confrontational in person, I thought it best to share my experience here. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it’s intended.

Buds of May, you never fail me. My Gramps was a Disney Cars lover, I had an idea and you made it a reality for his funeral and last journey on this earth. I can’t thank you enough for your time, patience and kindness to myself and my family. You done the other flowers which were stunning too, I just didn’t get a picture of those. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts
