RUBBISH! no way of getting in touch and speaking to someone. what are we paying all our taxes for. Corrupt system

Absolutely appalling service (or lack of) from staff at both Swanscombe & Greenhithe surgeries. Completed an e-consult on the Monday afternoon, detailing a following up appointment that was required, post hospital treatment the previous week (the only reason I got directed towards Urgent Care was due to the e-consult being switched off at the time, and being told on the phone that there were no appointments until the following week at best). I received a call at 0901 (08/07/25) which I just missed, and then rang straight back to listen to an automated message and be told that they were too busy to answer the call. I then rang any numbers that were associated with both surgeries. Firstly I was told by Swanscombe admin staff that they would transfer me through, in which no one answered. Another time I tried, I was told they could not transfer me, nor listen to my concern. I was told to wait until the other surgery call back and go from there. After trying sporadically from 9am until gone 3pm, not one call back or answer from Greenhithe surgery staff. If I was a vulnerable person, this lack of courtesy could lead to negative repercussions which is concerning.

I could give them less if possible. You wait for an appointment and start at 16 only to be cut off when you are next in line .
