I had a very good review of my HRT with Mrs Wu, she was very knowledgeable, supportive and offered lots of options. It was great service and will really make a difference. Thank you.

As a new patient and my 1st appointment I was impressed, the receptionist was polite and the GP Dr Dhillon was very attentive and thorough, I'm very happy with my 1st experience.

Nobody ever answers the phone at Bennett Way Surgery in the afternoon, I have called several times for lengthy periods and not been answered, had to walk to the surgery with my telephone ringing in my hand to find the receptionist is nowhere to be seen. Additionally, they are always running behind on appointments despite there being no other patients in sight.
