If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a 6:30 pm reservation for myself and my two children. We waited at the entrance for around 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When someone finally approached, I explained that I had a booking, but was met with a confused look, as if I was mistaken. Another staff member was then called over before we were finally seated. For a Saturday afternoon it was not busy at all which should have been our first indication to leave! Waited around 5 minutes to be acknowledged, seemingly there is no clear designation for any of the staff on the floor. Food was ordered and arrived quickly, they were below everyone’s expectations. The chicken pad Thai and the Thai curries tasted more like Indian food. The curries seemed like frozen chicken was just added to the sauce. Definitely not the quality of food you’d expect for this...
