It looks like some of their staff don't want business. I have been coming here for 8 years of superb services. Had Mot booked for morning of 16.12.2025 and I got here at 8.50. I was turned away by the staff not seen before to say "too late for 8.40 ". I left the garage and won't be booking in the future.

Booked in for a service and engine fault. They did not clear the service reminder on the dash and caused an issue with the engine computer resulting in the vehicle not running correctly. Was forced to take my car to a Mercedes specialist.

I went for a Full Service and I had a concern about a strange noise in my car. At the end of service I had to ask what was the issue for such noise because they didn't mention It. It was told the noise was due to a part which they don't have. But if I buy It they can do the service. Very poor communication. It seems our concern is not their concern. I thought they would be more helpful. Very frustrating. Paid £181,20 and not the £162,66 priced online.

This is a great garage. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff who have helped me with the problem I was having with my car. Reasonably priced and far cheaper than going to the dealership.
