I came to Asda Kitchen feeling very hungry, but ended up leaving disappointed and went to Subway instead. This morning, the lady working here responded to my "Good morning" with a blunt "You okay, mate?" Her tone was rude, and her attitude was unfriendly. If this kind of customer service continues, it's almost guaranteed that Subway will end up making more money. The energy she gave off was extremely negative, and I can honestly say I haven’t experienced such poor service in a long time.

The girls that work there are friendly, helpful nothing too much trouble for them. Lovely people.
