I had a damp survey on my property in early December 2023 which I pad for in advance. The Surveyor turned up on time, came across as extremely knowledgeable and professional during the visit. However, the promised report never arrived despite being chased by telephone and email. Not happy at all as my builder now has to do the work based on my memory of what I was told. If there is an issue why don’t they publish it on their website on use a phone message?

This is an extremely professional company,cwith a history of excellent work. It has been in existence for over 40 years, and has achieved many awards during this time. I would happily recommend this company.

Installation was fine some years ago but now there’s an issue with their trickle-boost fans and they are suddenly never picking up the phone or responding to emails ….
